Do you provide International delivery?
Please call or E Mail us if you require delivery outside the UK prior to placing an order
How do I return an item?
Please contact us prior to a return so that we can start the returns process
What is your returns policy?
Items must be return unused in original packaging within 30 days of the order date. You as the buyer are responsible for paying the return postage
How do I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number when the shipment label has been generated so that you can follow the progress of your order via Paypal. If you order using BACS we will E Mail it to you
What are your delivery options?
Our items small parcels under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail or larger items via Parcelforce 48 hour services
When will my item be dispatched?
We usually dispatch items within 5 working days however there may be a slight delay in our busy periods as all items are made to order
How do I pay?
Card payments are accepted via PayPal with no additonal charges or you can pay for an item by ordering it via E Mail and paying for it via BACS straight to our bank account
